Color tools
The interactive color tools run in your browser. Values entered into calculators are not intentionally sent to a Colormapped application server for calculation.
Image Color / HEX Finder
When you choose, drag, drop, or paste an image into the Image Color / HEX Finder, the current implementation processes that image with browser file, canvas, and clipboard APIs. Colormapped does not intentionally upload the selected image to an application server for color sampling.
Recent sampled colors are kept only in the current page memory. The Image Color / HEX Finder does not intentionally write the selected image or recent color history to local storage.
Hosting and security
Colormapped is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. As the hosting and network provider, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver, route, protect, and operate the service, such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, request URLs, system configuration information, and security-related metadata. Cloudflare describes its processing of customer-site end-user traffic in its Privacy Policy.
Site search
Internal search runs against a static search index in your browser. Search-result pages are not intended for search-engine indexing.

If you contact info@colormapped.com, your email provider and the receiving email service will process the information you choose to send.
Analytics, advertising, cookies, and storage
Colormapped uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Cloudflare’s browser analytics beacon can collect page views, browser and device characteristics, and performance measurements such as loading speed and layout stability. The beacon does not set analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes analytics information under its own privacy practices.
Colormapped does not currently load a separate advertising service, account system, or non-essential local-storage feature beyond the in-memory image color sampling described above. Cloudflare may also process network and request metadata as described in the hosting section. If new analytics, advertising, storage, or tracking services are introduced, this policy will be reviewed to reflect the actual implementation.
Changes
If Colormapped later adds analytics, advertising, forms, accounts, storage, or other third-party services, this policy should be updated to describe the actual implementation before those features are treated as complete.
